? About the Role
The Occupational Therapist (OT) supports student success by evaluating functional needs, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering high-quality school-based OT services. You’ll help students build independence, improve motor and sensory skills, and access their educational environment more effectively. This role is perfect for someone who loves working collaboratively and making a meaningful impact in diverse school communities.
?? What You’ll Do
Perform student evaluations to identify functional, sensory, and motor needs
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with each student’s goals
Provide direct and consultative OT services in school settings
Document services in accordance with each student’s plan of care
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators
Support students across multiple school sites within assigned regions
?? Minimum Requirements
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
One year of OT experience preferred
Compliance with all professional standards of practice
CPR certification (if applicable)
TB test or chest X-ray (as required)
Health certificate (as required)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years old

Local OT Rate: $55/hour
