We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Special Education Teacher / Exceptional Student Services (ESS) Facilitator to support a high-impact leadership role within a school setting. This position is ideal for a knowledgeable Special Education professional who is ready to take on coordination, compliance, and program oversight responsibilities.
Position Details
- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- Contract Length: 36 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Pay Rate: $50/hour (local)
- Weekly Gross: Up to $2,000/week
- Travel Package: Up to $1,903/week (travel)

Role Overview (ESS Facilitator)
This role goes beyond the classroom and serves as a campus-level leader supporting Special Education programming and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of Special Education services at the school site
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Manage referral, evaluation, and placement processes for students
- Facilitate and lead IEP meetings and placement conferences
- Provide support and guidance to Special Education staff
- Assist with curriculum coordination and professional development
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and related service providers
Minimum Requirements
- Active Special Education teaching license
- Experience in Special Education (required)
- Strong understanding of IEPs, compliance, and SPED regulations
- Leadership or coordination experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)
- Must meet all state and district requirements
