Terms and Conditions

  1. For the referrer to be eligible for this bonus, their referred candidate must not be actively working for or interviewing with Amergis. 
  2. Referrers are not allowed to refer candidates who are currently working for an active Amergis client.
  3. Only the first referrer of a candidate is eligible for a referral bonus.  
  4. The referred candidate must work 400 hours or more within 9 months of the referral.  
  5. Internal Employees (including recruiters and salespeople) are not eligible for a referral bonus through this program 

If the above conditions are met, the individual who referred the candidate will receive a one-time payment of $200 or $500, depending on the position referred. Additional payment instructions will be provided to the referrer by an Amergis team member. There is no cap to the number of referrals an individual can provide.

All referrals will be evaluated with the purpose of being contacted by a member of the Amergis team. We value our existing and prospective clients and candidates; we are committed to always acting in their best interests.
