Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $80.00
  • Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $117,000

Key Details

School-based BCBA positions supporting students across 1 to 3 school sites within the district. School assignments and groupings will be determined closer to the start of the school year. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, consulting with school staff, supporting student success, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • License: Active BCBA certification (BACB) required
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience: School-based behavior analytic experience preferred; minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
