Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School

Key Details

Two school-based BCBA/Autism Consultant opportunities are available in Eugene, Oregon. These positions focus on supporting Special Education Teachers in Life Skills and Intensive Services programs through behavioral consultation, evaluations, and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development.

One position is primarily based at Lane School, supporting staff and students within the district. 

The second position supports Life Skills classrooms throughout the district and requires travel between schools in Eugene. Candidates should expect to work onsite 40 hours per week and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and special education teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • License: Active BCBA certification (BACB) required
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience: School-based behavioral experience preferred; minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
