?? Position Overview

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students across a Seattle-area school district. This role allows you to build and shape your own caseload while working with students who need behavioral and academic support.

You’ll function as both a clinical expert and consultant, supporting teachers, staff, and students through evidence-based behavioral strategies.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff
  • Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
  • Assist with IEP development and behavioral programming
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed

?? Caseload & Flexibility

  • Build your caseload within the district
  • Average 5–7 hours per student/week
  • Flexible structure depending on student needs and scheduling

? Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • School-based or related experience required
  • Ability to obtain CPI certification within 30 days
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
