?? Position Overview
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students across a Seattle-area school district. This role allows you to build and shape your own caseload while working with students who need behavioral and academic support.
You’ll function as both a clinical expert and consultant, supporting teachers, staff, and students through evidence-based behavioral strategies.
? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and training to school staff
- Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
- Assist with IEP development and behavioral programming
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
?? Caseload & Flexibility
- Build your caseload within the district
- Average 5–7 hours per student/week
- Flexible structure depending on student needs and scheduling
? Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BACB required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- School-based or related experience required
- Ability to obtain CPI certification within 30 days
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
