Are you an experienced paraprofessional looking for meaningful, consistent work with a supportive team? Join us around Sharon, MA, where you’ll help school–aged students build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a structured and positive environment.

What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to elementary school–aged students
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect data and track student progress
Collaborate with educators and clinical staff
Create a supportive, respectful, and motivating learning environment


What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a paraprofessional / behavior technician
Experience working with adolescents or in school-based settings preferred
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Strong communication, teamwork skills, and toileting included
Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements   
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
