Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
Pay: $65/hour + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and innovative school district in the Minneapolis area. This role will support a mix of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Elementary (primarily Kindergarten) students, providing a blend of therapy services, evaluations, and collaborative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Manage and respond to referrals, particularly within ECSE programs
- Support third-party billing requirements
Caseload Breakdown
- 0.75 FTE: Early Childhood Special Education (Preschool)
- 0.25 FTE: Elementary (primarily Kindergarten students)
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota (required)
- CCC-SLP certification preferred (may be required depending on assignment)
- Compliance with all professional standards and state/federal regulations
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB screening and health documentation as required
