School Psychologist – $75/hr – Oak Lawn, IL – Full School-Year Assignment
Position Overview:
The School Psychologist provides on-site psychological services to support students’ academic, behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs. This role includes conducting evaluations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in eligibility determinations, and helping ensure students receive appropriate support services in alignment with state and district requirements.

Location: Oak Lawn, IL
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Duration: 39 weeks (full school year)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: $75/hour (local)
Modality: In-person (5 days per week)

Details of Assignment:
- Full-time School Psychologist role
- Caseload details to be confirmed prior to start
- Works closely with a supportive and collaborative school team
- Documentation and reporting completed using district systems
- Two-step interview process:
- 1st round: Virtual interview
- 2nd round: In-person interview
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
- Provide recommendations for academic, behavioral, and mental-health supports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Support intervention planning and student progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
- Provide consultation and crisis support as needed
Requirements:
- Active PEL and School Psychologist licensure (required)
- Master’s degree in Psychology or School Psychology preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
- CPR, TB screening, and health certificate if required
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Casual dress code
