Behavior Technician - ST

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Behavior Tech for the 2025/26  school year in the Carpinteria, CA area.

Position Details:  must have at least 1 year of experience working with kids

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours/Week: 6 hours daily, Must be okay with getting calls the morning of to cover as a sub.

Start Date: March 9^th, 2026

Length: 25/26 School Year

Details:  Grade Level K-12^th , in person, Must be okay with getting calls the morning of to cover as a sub.

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
