Pay: $19–$21 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours Pay Frequency: Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

• Support teachers with daily classroom activities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students

• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

• Assist with behavior redirection and student supervision

• Work collaboratively with school staff to meet student needs.

• A passion for working with children and helping them grow

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

• Reliability and professionalism

• Experience in education or childcare is a plus, but not required

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children or in school setting
• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements   
• Must be at least 18 years of age
