Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $60/hr – Tucson, AZ – In-Person – 10 Months
Position Overview:
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides school-based evaluations and direct therapy services to students with communication needs. This role includes developing treatment plans, delivering therapy aligned with educational goals, documenting progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success across the school environment.
Assignment Details:
Location: Tucson, AZ
Start Date: 07/21/2026
Duration: 10 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $60/hour
Modality: In-person
Openings: 4 positions
Details of Assignment:
- Caseload and placement details shared during interview
- Interview conducted virtually or in person with program leadership
- Standard school-based SLP duties, including evaluations, documentation, and service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy aligned with IEP and educational goals
- Document student progress, service logs, and required reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Participate in meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Maintain compliance with ethical, state, and federal guidelines
Requirements:
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- CCC-SLP preferred
- CPR certification if applicable
- TB screening and health certificate per state requirements
- Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
