Position Highlights

• Pay: $24–$27/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 3:30PM
• Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

What You’ll Do

• Support students with behavioral and developmental needs directly in the classroom
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency, compassion, and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to create cohesive support systems
• Help build structured, inclusive learning environments that promote confidence and independence
• Encourage positive behaviors and foster social–emotional growth

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles
• RBT certification is a plus (not required)
• Must be 18+ and meet all employment requirements
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
