Preschool Instructional Aide – Part-Time & Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year

Amergis Staffing is hiring Preschool / ECE Instructional Aides for the 2025–2026 school year! We have part-time and full-time openings across multiple districts in the Orange County region.
As a Preschool Instructional Aide, you’ll support the classroom teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. You’ll help implement activities, supervise play and learning time, and ensure the safety and well-being of every student.
Pay Based on Your Qualifications
- $22–$24/hr for 24+ units in ECE or Preschool Teacher Permit
- $21–$22/hr for 6+ units in ECE
Job Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
- Help implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Supervise students during learning, play, and transitions
- Promote a positive, nurturing environment
- Assist with classroom setup, organization, and safety
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with young children preferred
- ECE (Early Childhood Education) units are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early learning
- Ability to work well as part of a team
