Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Position Overview

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Kenosha is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a day-shift contract assignment. This facility operates as an inpatient rehabilitation hospital—more acute than long-term care but less acute than a medical-surgical floor. The SLP will work primarily 1:1 with adult patients experiencing communication disorders, cognitive impairments, swallowing dysfunction, and post-stroke deficits.

You will carry a caseload of 7–9 patients per day, with most sessions lasting 60 minutes. Evaluations must be completed within 36 hours of admission (typically completed the next day). While you will function independently, the DTO is also an SLP and serves as an excellent clinical resource.
