Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based assignment supporting students in Morgan Local Schools, OH.
Position Details
- Start Date: September 7, 2026
- Contract Length: 12-14 Weeks (Maternity Leave Coverage)
- Schedule: 30 Hours Weekly
- Preferred Schedule: 4 Days per Week
- Alternative Schedule: 2.5-3 Days per Week Considered
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch)
- Caseload: Approximately 52 Students
- Setting: School-Based
- Interview Process: Virtual Interviews
- Work Arrangement: In-Person Preferred, Hybrid Considered
Compensation
?? Local Pay Rate: $75.00/Hour
Minimum Requirements
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment
- CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by contract/state regulations
- Compliance with all professional standards of practice
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB screening requirements completed (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (if required)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
