Every day the team at Amergis Educational Staffing takes steps to ensure we are creating the best possible experience for the clients, professionals, and communities we serve. As a result of that effort to serve our communities, one Maxim team member was recently recognized with a prestigious award honoring her dedication to bettering the school and community she works in.

Chandler Sollmann started working with Maxim in October 2021 as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Southwest Local School District in Cincinnati, Ohio. She first started working on a 1-on-1 case for the school district, and after seeing her great work with that case, the school district promoted Chandler to a lead BCBA role allowing her to manage a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and develop a behavioral program for the school district. This resulted in the school district being so pleased with Chandler’s efforts that they decided to further scale up the behavioral program for next school year.

In honor of Chandler’s outstanding work, the local chapter of the Freemason’s Society presented her with the Community Builders Award to recognize the impact she is having on the area’s schools, students, staff, parents, and local community. Chandler was given with the award during a ceremony in late January.

“It is such an honor to be recognized for my efforts to support the Harrison and Miamitown community through my work with Southwest Local” said Chandler in response to receiving the award. “I am so appreciative to be in a position that allows me to help students and encourage educators to grow their skills and knowledge to ensure all students are given an opportunity to be successful in their school/community.”

The Maxim team also reiterated the strong impact Chandler has had on her local community.

“Chandler works incredibly hard and has been a bright spot for the district and created a model that could very well be used in surrounding districts in years to come,” describes Jacob Zabonick, an Amergis Business Development Manager. “The impact Chandler makes on the students, staff, and community is absolutely amazing. We’re so thankful to have you as a part of the team.”

The Maxim team is proud to highlight Chandler’s achievement bettering her community in Cincinnati’s Southwest Local School District, and we are excited to see her continued impact in the future.
