Experienced Behavior Technician – School-Based Role in Los Angeles County
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater Los Angeles County. If you have a background in ABA or behavioral support and want to make a real difference in the lives of students, this is the role for you.
Position Highlights
- Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care
- Partner with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure students receive the support they need
- Build structured, inclusive environments that encourage growth and independence
- Reinforce positive behaviors and promote social-emotional development
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related intervention roles
- RBT certification is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet all employment requirements
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for student success
