Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Pay Range: $45–$50/hr, Weekly Pay
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality speech and language services. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinical support, assist with treatment activities, and help ensure each client receives exceptional care.

What You’ll Do
Support the SLP in implementing treatment plans
Assist with clinical and educational activities
Document services accurately and in a timely manner
Carry out treatment tasks within the established plan of care
Maintain compliance with all professional, state, and federal standards
Minimum Requirements
Education & Credentials
Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current state SLPA certification or licensure
Current health certificate (as required by state or contract)
Experience
Minimum 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
One year of SLPA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Additional Requirements
Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable)
Adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
Must be 18 years of age or older
