Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Starting at $55–$60/hr (DOE) | Weekly Pay

Location: Apple Valley & surrounding areas

 Pay: Starting at $55–$60/hr depending on experience, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and training to staff and families

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic programs

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

• Act as a program supervisor: educate, observe, assess, and ensure quality service delivery

Minimum Requirements

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field

• Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic programs and services

• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
