Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Starting at $55–$60/hr (DOE) | Weekly Pay

Location: Apple Valley & surrounding areas
Pay: Starting at $55–$60/hr depending on experience, paid weekly
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation and training to staff and families
Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic programs
Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Act as a program supervisor: educate, observe, assess, and ensure quality service delivery
Minimum Requirements
Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic programs and services
Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
