Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $75/hr or $3,000/week Travel – Salem, OR – Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations and therapy services for K–12 students, primarily at the elementary level. This role includes developing and implementing individualized plans of care and documenting services in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Salem, OR
- Start Date: January 5, 2026
- End Date: June 2027 (18-month assignment)
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or part-time options available
- Modality: In-person only
- Pay Rate: $75/hr or $3,000/week for travel positions | W2 with full benefits
- Openings: 1
Responsibilities:
- Perform student evaluations and provide therapy services
- Document services per plan of care and physician’s orders
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student success
Requirements:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon
- CCC-SLP preferred (open to CFY candidates)
- Current CPR (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
