Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $75/hr – Everett Area, WA - Part-time
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role includes educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery in a school setting.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Everett Area, WA
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: 6-month contract
- Schedule: Flexible within school hours
- Hours: ~15 hours/week
- Duration: 24 weeks
- Pay Rate: $75/hour
- Modality: In-person
- Openings: 1
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation and training to school staff
- Supervise behavioral service delivery and ensure compliance
- Document services accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification from BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools
- Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
