Behavior Technician – Educational & Behavioral Support (School-Based)
Location: Glendale, CA | Pay: $21–$27/hr
Looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? As a Behavioral Technician, you’ll work directly with students who have special needs—helping them build essential skills and navigate their school day with confidence. You’ll collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to support learning goals and promote positive behavior.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom environments
Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans
Collaborating with educators and specialists to track progress and adjust strategies
Helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging space for students to thrive
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
