**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver individualized instruction to students with mild/moderate disabilities.
- Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with families and support teams.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to support academic and behavioral growth.
- Track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate Support Needs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other mild/moderate needs.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
