Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – District Wide
Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with schools in Revere, MA to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time role will support elementary schools across the district, providing expert behavioral consultation and support to students and staff.
Position Details
- Location: Revere, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training to staff on ABA methodology, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection/analysis
- Offer ongoing consultation to teachers and staff to support student behavior and engagement
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans
- Monitor and support the implementation of behavior plans across school settings
- Participate in Team meetings to support student success
- Collaborate with families to provide training and consultation on ABA strategies and behavior support
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience preferred
- Experience working with students with emotional and behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must complete CORI and fingerprinting prior to start
