Behavior Technician – Oceanside, CA
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time options
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in Oceanside! As a BT, you will work directly with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure progress
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Oceanside
- Ability to pass background check
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Comfortable with toileting and diapering if needed
